Overview: In order to ensure the best possible outcome Green Maze Landscape breaks the process down into four separate phases to ensure the smoothest possible transition from initial consultation right through to the installation of your new landscape package. To help you better understand these processes.
Pre-Consultation: Once Green Maze receives authorisation from your developer to proceed we will contact you to arrange an on-site consultation.
Consultation: A consultant will meet with you on site to discuss your individual design. We will provide you with some concept designs to help you decide on a possible layout and plant types that fit within your budget and can also provide quotation for additional works you wish to do.
Please refer below important items for your consideration:
Ensure you provide a copy of your site plan. If you have an electronic copy of this is ideal.
After consultation amendments to your design can be made; however will prolong the process. It is recommended that you have a clear understanding of what you would like at consultation.
Site-Preparation:Before we can proceed the home owner must allow for the following requirements: Allow for access to your water meter & electrical meter box for our licensed plumber and electrician to install your irrigation connection point and irrigation controller. Ensure any excess sand or builders rubbish has been removed from site. Prior to installation our site supervisor will check and inform you if further preparation works are required.
Installation:Once you have approved your plans your new landscape will be completed shortly. After approvals are given our Installation Manager will contact you to schedule the installation and ensure your property is ready for installation. You will be updated on the progress of your landscaping project by contacting our Installation Manager.
